    "Nobody is ever happy about having to have work done on their car but when I needed a car repair from a minor accident , Quonset Autobody really came through for me in a major way!!! The front office ladies were very friendly, polite, accommodating and very professional! The gentleman who turned my car back to me and described what they did on my car was also very personable and very sincere about the work done for me. And the car? Fantastic job!! You cant see where the scratches were. The job was spot on to the point when he drove it up to me I hardly recognized it... because they cleaned it as well. I cant thank you all enough for what you've done for me!!!"

There's a police report, paperwork, a conversation with the driver who hit it that I could have lived without. There is nothing good about having your car damaged in an accident. The only good thing was, I didn't have to think about where to bring the car. I already knew, because of what happened to my son. He'd been in his own accident, a year before mine, and I was in New York City when it happened, too far away to do anything but worry. Richard Porcelli did what I couldn't. He sent a tow truck. He took my son under his wing the way a parent would, calmed him down, sat with him through one of the worst days of his life. I wasn't there for that. Richard was. I don't forget things like that, and I wasn't about to take my own car anywhere else. Porcelli's has been on P"

Our MA neighbors should be aware that when a crashed vehicle is repaired in RI, the RI consumer laws apply with regards to OEM parts, even if the vehicle is insured in MA.
